Arthur is a Singapore-qualified advocate and solicitor, practicing primarily in civil disputes, criminal defence, and technology regulatory matters. He maintains a strong interest in technology-related issues, including data protection, cybersecurity, IT and telecommunications, technology procurement, as well as criminal, employment, torts and consumer matters concerning technology.

Arthur’s work in technology-related legal matters is reinforced by his applied technical expertise in IT and network infrastructure operations. His professional capabilities are further supported by certifications such as CompTIA’s A+, Network+, and CIOS; IAPP’s CIPP/A and CIPP/E; and the PDPC’s Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection.

He contributes to the Law Society of Singapore’s Cybersecurity and Data Protection Standing Committee and is an active member of the Singapore Computer Society and the Singapore Academy of Law.

Outside of his legal and professional pursuits, Arthur is enthusiastic about DIY electronics and appliance repairs, and advocates for consumer rights in self-repair and product longevity. He also volunteers as a coach in electronics and appliance repair with Repair Kopitiam, promoting sustainability and reducing consumer waste.
